I've been working on a Swedish Meatball recipe for a while. I've been piecing together recipes and have gotten pretty close to what I want. It's all about the sauce now, finding the balance between creamy and flavorful but not too thick or including cream of anything soup. Swedish Turkey Meatballs Ingredients: 2 slices sandwich bread (or 1/2 cup breadcrumbs) 1/4 cup milk 3 Tablespoons butter, divided 1 medium onion, chopped 1 pound ground turkey 1 large egg 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground allspice 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 cups beef broth 3 Tablespoons sherry 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2-3 Tablespoons sour cream Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
